At Watson Horse Farm, good care begins with truly knowing the horse. We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all program because every horse arrives with a different history, personality, routine, and set of needs.
Our smaller, hands-on approach allows us to pay attention to the details. We learn what is normal for each horse so we are more likely to notice when something changes.

Many of the horses at Watson Horse Farm are retired or enjoying a quieter season of life.
Here, they are given the time and space to settle into a comfortable routine. As horses age or their needs change, we work to adjust their care accordingly rather than expecting them to continue fitting into the same program.
